With Curious Growth was founded by Liam Darmody in 2024. Liam is a product leader, a coach, and an AI practitioner. He spent a decade at Pivotal Labs and VMware teaching teams to work differently. He now teaches them to work with AI.
The company exists to bring those two things together: rigorous product practice, and a clear path through what AI actually changes about how people work.
